By providing your mobile phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive transactional text messages related to your reservation, including confirmations, reminders, check-in instructions, and operational updates. These messages are strictly non-promotional and intended to facilitate your stay. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency will vary based on your reservation activity.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly. Please note that opting out may limit our ability to provide time-sensitive information regarding your reservation.
SMOKING POLICY
All rooms are
non-smoking, including the lodge and surrounding cabin areas. Candles and incense are not permitted.
Designated outdoor smoking areas are available upon request.
A
$250 fee will be charged for smoking inside any room.
COMMUNICATIONS
Cellphone coverage may be limited. As a courtesy, we provide complimentary WiFi and satellite television.
While typically reliable, interruptions may occur due to satellite service issues. We do not guarantee availability and do not offer refunds or discounts for service interruptions.
PET POLICY
Dogs are only permitted in
Standard Cabins.
A
$250 fee will apply if a dog is found in a Studio or Cabin Suite.
Guests traveling with dogs must contact reservations in advance to ensure proper accommodation. Pets must be supervised and under control at all times. Unattended pets are not permitted.
If a pet causes disturbances (e.g., excessive noise), a
$200 per night fee may be applied.
If guests do not respond to communication regarding unattended pets, animal control may be contacted.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
Late check-outs are only available upon prior request and subject to availability.
AFTER-HOURS CHECK-IN
Front desk hours are
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
For arrivals outside these hours, a check-in envelope will be available in the
red mailbox located outside the Guest Services cabin.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
No deposit is required at the time of booking.
- 7 days prior to arrival: Card is authorized for 100% of the stay
- Day of arrival: Card is charged in full
CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Reservations canceled with less than 30 days’ notice will be charged 100% of the stay.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.

CASH POLICY
Guests paying in cash must provide an additional
$100 non-refundable fee.
The card on file will be refunded at check-out.
DAMAGES
Guests are fully responsible for any damages to cabins or property, including those traveling with pets.

Restaurant hours and availability vary by season.
Currently closed until spring.

GIFT CARDS
- Lodging gift cards are not valid in the restaurant
- Restaurant gift cards are not valid for lodging
TAX EXEMPT
Tax-exempt documentation must be submitted at least
7 days prior to check-in.
Requests submitted after the card has been charged may not be eligible for a refund.
